"Maybe call ahead for peak times, but, Basically walk in, wash dog with supplied soap, shampoos and towels & brushes. Dry dog with provided towels and air dryers. Pay a few bucks, leave. Staff is there to help when needed and are friendly. Shop for pet supplies as well"
