"This place had everything we needed to give my 9 year old arthritis ridden Lab mix a comfortable experience. The staff saw that our old man was struggling with entering the tub so she walked us down to a tub with a entrance at the end to make it easier to assist my pup with getting in. They have many shampoo options for different needs. I settled on their Aloe option and got to work. They had a blueberry facial, ear cleaner, deshedding tools, aprons, and extra towels if needed. After his bath he was blow dried and sprayed with blueberry cologne. I had a good experience there and my old dog did as well. Thank you."

"Dixie is the most amazing groomer we've ever had for our poodles. She is so gentle, yet firm with my guys. It's a testament to her that my poodle goes crazy with joy when he sees her."

"Much impressed with the dedication of one staff member, Christina S at The Soggy Dog, located on W Horizon Ridge, Henderson. My dog is very skittish and refused to enter the grooming facility. I didn’t know what to do and requested Christina to help. She could have refused to bring my dog inside, but was helpful enough to even bring her tools to my car outside the store to clip and grind the nails of my dog. We seldom meet dedicated dog-loving service providers like her. She was most patient with my uncooperative scared dog, sat next to him, crammed up in the trunk of my car to clip and file my dog’s nails … because my dog would not agree to leave the car. She didn’t give up though my dog would refuse to offer her his paws, but constantly calmed my dog, till she finished every toe on each paw. It took her almost 20 min to finish the job in an awkward location, with nail filing dust flying almost directly onto her face due to the wind. What an incredible experience I had with such a caring employee at Soggy Dog. No amount of tip can compensate for affection to animals that she displayed. The business owner should be proud of Christina for her dedication and love for animals. I highly recommend this place and Christina for your dog’s grooming needs!"
